S&C Electric Company Building #14

A client since the early 1970’s, S&C Electric Company is a leading supplier of high-voltage electrical apparatus to the power industry worldwide. Bulley & Andrews is proud to have provided construction services for hundreds of projects at S&C’s corporate campus during our 30+ year relationship, including the recently completed addition to Building #14.

Beginning with demolition of the existing Building 14 addition, Bulley & Andrews then provided general contracting services for a new 4-story, 55,000 sq. ft. replacement building. The new facility includes open office space with private offices and conference rooms. The building is a steel structure with concrete decks and an exterior of curtainwall, metal panel and masonry.

Working to minimize disruption to staff and employees, prior to construction Bulley & Andrews created new entrances within the existing building for access during construction.
