DePaul College Prep: New Campus

DePaul College Prep now calls a new, 17-acre campus home. Serving as construction manager for their building program, Bulley & Andrews provided design/build construction services for the new facility which will serve generations of students and families in Chicago.

The new campus, located on the city’s northeast side, included renovations to two buildings joined by an existing two-story atrium that was also renovated. Together, the buildings comprise more than 134,000 sq. ft. of space to accommodate modern classrooms, science labs, a chapel and a dining hall. The project also includes a turf field for athletics including football, soccer and lacrosse, a running track and 1,000 seat stadium.

The new campus accommodates 1,000 students with sufficient room to build a new indoor athletic complex at a later date. That facility will house three gyms, a pool, indoor track as well as wrestling, yoga, aerobic and weight training facilities.
