Bulley & Andrews served as construction manager for the selective demolition and buildout of a reliability lab. Using virtual reality, the client was able to actualize the space before construction began. The space was also laser scanned before breaking ground.

The 34,500 sq. ft. construction was comprised of multiple laboratories with each space serving a specialized function. Because of this, the project required close coordination with the end users to discern the evolving end-user requirements, and a high level of client service to craft the unique and uncommon spaces.
