Tom Stringer Design Partners New Office

When Tom Stringer Design Partners needed a builder to bring their new studio in the historic Palmolive building to life, they called on Bulley & Andrews to deliver their distinctive new space.

Located on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, the 8,000 sq. ft. interior buildout provides a vibrant new studio to support the growing design firm. Serving as construction manager on the design build project, B&A worked collaboratively with the design firm to ensure every detail honored the design intent.

B&A also renovated the third floor corridor and bathrooms, refreshing the space to include new flooring and wall finishes.
